Ms. Giraldo brings over 14 years of experience in corporate finance, fund treasury, and strategic purchasing. At Acerta Consulting, she specializes in cash flow forecasting, capital activity, and financial operations.

Prior to Acerta, she worked as Treasury Analyst at TC Latin America Partners in Bogotá, managing capital calls, distributions, and portfolio cash flow across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier in her career, she held treasury and procurement roles at Dafiti, Prodiscos S.A., and Ventura Safari & Expediciones, supporting financial reconciliation and operational efficiency.

Yeimi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Finance from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

  • Dafiti (Bigfoot Colombia): Worked as Purchasing Analyst, responsible for procurement and vendor management of leading international brands. Implemented strategic purchasing processes aligned with ISO standards, optimizing supply chain and cost efficiency.
  • Prodiscos S.A. (Colombia): Held roles in accounting and operations, gaining hands-on experience in financial reconciliation, treasury support, and operational control.
  • Ventura Safari & Expediciones (Colombia): Served as Executive Assistant, supporting administrative and operational management for the tourism and hospitality business.
