Mr. Lithgow is a Senior Consultant at Acerta Consulting with over a decade of experience in fund accounting, real estate portfolio valuation, and IFRS-based financial reporting. He specializes in managing fund operations, preparing financial statements, and maintaining compliance with international accounting standards.

Previously, he served as Senior Fund Accountant at AFI TC Latin America Partners, overseeing accounting and portfolio valuations for private equity vehicles, and held the role of Controller at Tivalsa Brokerage Firm, managing financial reporting and internal controls. Carlos holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Administration and a Bachelor’s in Accounting.

  • AFI TC Latin America Partners (Dominican Republic): Served as Senior Fund Accountant, where he managed fund accounting processes, prepared financial reports under IFRS, and supported portfolio valuation and investor reporting for private equity vehicles.
  • Tivalsa Brokerage Firm (Dominican Republic): Held the role of Controller Senior, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance functions for the brokerage firm, with responsibility for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Clínica Abreu CDD (Dominican Republic): Began his career as Junior Accountant, where he gained experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
